Get me a list of all the current live diplomatic stances including what they allow us to do and what we give in return

Propose a new diplomatic stance

Accept a diplomatic stance (or change to a diplomatic stance)

Propose an edit to a diplomatic stance

Cancel a diplomatic stance

Needs to cancel any diplomatic stances that are time limited when they expire
